Micro Atx Power Micro ATX Power Supply Help?

I bought a tower ATX motherboards and ATX Micro-ATX supported. I need at least a 500W PSU to power everything, but I can not find a Micro-ATX power supply 300W more. Can I use a standard ATX power supply? falls into the trap? Is there a difference in the size or the tension?
