I cleaned shit hair, when I noticed his testicles in dark purple, the other not yet desended! Help please!

This happened to my grandmother's dog, Goo nearest vet or emergency imediantly green, I think you should make an appointment, just in a hurry if you let it extend that might eventually kill your dog
