even if you free a turtle that will never be cheap.
You need UVB, heat, food, housing, frames, etc.
If you get a pet at a cheap goldfish.
It seems that you should not have.
Why do you want to buy a cheap at all?
lol a certain kind of tortoise?
The turtles, you need a special UVB light, good food, clean environment, quality cage, and veterinary care. They are not cheap to maintain caution money or time. Remember that a goldfish.
