The "do not knows" only a mattress. It's like heavy cardboard and is a part of memory, and most art supply stores. Do you really want to do with the black frame itself? You can probably find how much is in the same shops. For something plain and simple, he had just bought one.

Well, I see that you really build your own framework. To do "good" you need a table or a router table saw, miter saw and some other tools for woodworking. You can cut the glass and custom mats for you, or you can buy a glass cutter at a hardware store and cut the mat in the art shop. Also need a piece of cardboard on the back of the frame to be covered.
